4. Vince McMahon Finally Gives Up Pushing Finn Balor
WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon was reported to give up on Finn Balor. Earlier on Monday Night RAW this week, the Universal Champion made his comeback and miserably lost to Austin Theory.
However, Balor was assigned to help young stars which sadly concludes that Vince never saw him as the main player in WWE.
“Yeah, Finn was moved into the spot that Jeff Hardy had,” claimed WrestlingNews.co’s source. “He’s just there now to help get over the younger guys. There was a pitch to make him heel but that was weeks ago and I haven’t heard much about it since then. Vince never saw Finn as more than just a mid-card guy.”
Also, the report revealed that McMahon has high hopes on Austin Theory and will give some time for him to unleash his strengths in the upcoming Royal Rumble game. Fans will not be surprised to see him in the top 4 or five of the men’s Royal Rumble. Over the last few months, Vince has been mentoring the young star and has got several backstage segments with him on RAW.
