The most chanted word in the cricket circle currently is UAE. Well, the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) in India has come up with a solution that the Indian Premier League (14th edition) will be happening in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Without any issues, the 13th edition of the IPL that took place in UAE was a grand success. However, the ball game was quite different from how it is played in Indian pitches. The teams need to quickly come up with ideas and strategies to withstand in the tournament.
It is not a positive welcome to UAE for all the teams. In this article, we will discuss the top three teams in the IPL that might struggle to cope up in the UAE.
3. Rajasthan Royals
The first team to be devastated to know that the tournament will be moving to UAE is the Rajasthan Royals. The men in pink will never forget the last edition of IPL, as they finished the game standing at the bottom last in the points table at the UAE. Since International cricket for England is round the corner, three pillars of the RR team from England (Jos Butler, Ben Stokes, and Jofra Archer) might not join the team.
Picking up 20 wickets with an average of 18.25, Jofra Archer made a huge difference in the game for the Rajasthan Royals. Jos and Ben both were perfect from last season and made wonders with the bat. With these 3 main players not in the team, the RR team must come up with a better plan.
