Undertaker has left an incredible WWE career, covering almost three decades of moral development and dedication to the sport. Deadman has given a lot to Vince McMahon and the company, recording his legacy as WWE Superstar’s biggest.
One of the most famous things associated with Undertaker was his historical record at WrestleMania. For most of his work, he had winning carts at the Show of Shows. Taker has won 21 consecutive games in WrestleMania, before losing to Brock Lesnar in 2014.
Some of the great games and moments of Undertaker’s outstanding career have come to Mania, especially in the final years of his line. He was in charge of other regular sections against various opponents, performing magic on many occasions. But which game was the best?
5 – The Undertaker vs Batista (WrestleMania 23)
After Undertaker won the Royal Rumble Match of 2007, he had the opportunity to face John Cena, Batista, and Bobby Lashley in WrestleMania. WWE did something great about it, reinforcing Deadman’s decision all week.
He eventually chose Batista, the former Heavyweight World Champion. Undertaker had planned another WrestleMania fight against a big man but this time, a big man rose to his level. While the placement of their game on the card was unfortunate, Batista and Undertaker promised to demolish the house.
They did just that, stealing the show with an extremely physical slugfest. Both Superstars brought it in at night, creating a compelling competition that feels like it can go either way. This may have been Batista’s biggest game, while the Undertaker set in the way of the successive WrestleMania classics.
Great finish and nail polish saw that Deadman finally won, winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Animal. Although it happened in the middle of the show, Undertaker and Batista stole WrestleMania 23.
