Broad Hits Six & Wagner Seeks Revenge – Unexpected Comeback

The Test match between England and New Zealand has been spectacular so far. It has been quite an entertaining ride for the players. With the chaos of coronavirus going around, this Test match has turned around heads to the television.

New Zealand has completed their first innings by setting a target of 378 runs on the scoreboard. After hitting an incredible maiden double century in his debut Test match, Devon Conway has made it to the history books now.

The Lord’s cricket ground witnessed some historical shots from the batsman as he scored 22 fours and a six. Henry Nicholls lent a remarkable 61 runs to the team which included 4 boundaries.

The world’s best player in position 11, New Zealand’s Neil Wagner hit 25 balls in 21 runs which included 3 boundaries and a six.

However, the English bowlers tried their best to restrict the Kiwis within the 400 limit. Ollie Robinson picked up 4 wickets and Mark Wood and James Anderson picked up 3 and 2 wickets each.

Stuart Broad provoked some hatred from the opponent by hitting an extraordinary six in Wagner’s bowling in the first innings. The video has been trending since then and to everyone’s surprise, Broad himself reacted to the shot.

Broad and his Excellent Six – A Twist in Plot

In Neil Wagner’s over, Stuart Broad found some limelight when his ball went hard for a six. It was an unexpected shot and Wagner himself wouldn’t have anticipated Broad to hit it.

Fans were elated to see something in store from cricket. Well, the story didn’t end there. Neil found the perfect way to take revenge by crushing the stumps of Broad. None would have expected such a comeback from Wagner. At the end, Broad had to leave the arena scoring 10 runs.
